For years, Iowa Health System and its affiliates have been proud to offer volunteer opportunities to the community. These opportunities are open to all ages and walks of life, including students, families, retirees and individuals seeking on-the-job experience for future careers in health care.

Iowa Health Home Care Hospice Program (Des Moines)
Whether you choose to work directly with patients and families or to volunteer in any of a hundred other ways, you can make a big difference in someone's life, including your own. Volunteer opportunities are as individual as you are, and we welcome volunteers from all walks of life and strive to utilize the talents you bring.
St. Luke's Hospital (Cedar Rapids)
For more than 50 years, St. Luke's Hospital has attracted volunteers from all walks of life. There is room for more volunteers ages 14 years and up. Contact us to find out how you can join the St. Luke's Hospital volunteer program.
Iowa Health - Des Moines
Our volunteer program offers men and women, ages 14 and up, a tremendous variety of opportunities for service to our hospitals, medical center and offsite locations. We offer you the satisfaction of helping others along with wonderful support from our staff.
The Finley Hospital (Dubuque)
Finley's volunteer program offers men and women, ages 14 and up, many volunteer opportunities for our hospital. When considering volunteering, Finley offers two convenient options. You can volunteer at Finley or with the local RSVP volunteer corps.
Trinity Regional Medical Center (Fort Dodge)
Trinity's Volunteer Services staff ensures your volunteer time is fulfilling and rewarding by creating a positive climate and providing each volunteer with meaningful and challenging assignments. Volunteers share their unique talents and skills in nearly every area of the hospital. Iowa Health Home Care in Fort Dodge also coordinates its volunteer program through Trinity's Volunteer Service.
Trinity Regional Health System (Quad-Cities)
Trinity Medical Center volunteers are special men and women age 18 and over who desire to help others through their gifts of time and talent. The purpose of volunteer services is to support the important work of our medical staff in providing health care to our community.
St. Luke's Regional Medical Center (Sioux City)
St. Luke's Regional Medical Center offers many ways for community members to get involved. Adults can volunteer with St. Luke's Partners, St. Luke's Health Foundation or Children's Miracle Network. And students between 7th and 12th grade are encouraged to become junior volunteers. In addition, people can stay connected to our hospital through the Spirit of Women program or by signing up for our mailing list.
Allen Memorial Hospital (Waterloo)
Allen Memorial Hospital has more than 500 volunteers ranging in age from 14 to 94. Allen volunteers are an integral part of our health care team and make an important difference wherever they serve.
