Compliance Helpline
Iowa Health System will not take disciplinary action or otherwise retaliate against any employee who, in good faith, reports a concern to management either directly or through the Compliance Helpline. "Good faith" does not mean that you have to be right, but it does mean that you should be telling the truth as you know it.
Employees are expected to report suspected illegal activity through any of the following means:

- Local or Iowa Health System Compliance Officer
- Iowa Health System Audit Services
- Iowa Health System Legal Department
- Compliance Helpline 1-800-548-8778
The Compliance Helpline is an external resource which will make sure your call is anonymous and will be held in the highest confidence.
